The Australian Plant Name Index (APNI) is a tool for the botanical community that deals with plant names and their usage in the scientific literature, whether as a current name or synonym. APNI does not recommend any particular taxonomy or nomenclature. Text:"De Vriese thought that Preiss 2032 was a mixed collection. He referred part to G. armeriaefolia DC. and part to G. glandulifera Vriese. This collection appears to be homogeneous. It is not possible to determine which part he refers to which species."
