APC Comment: Stanley, Flora of Australia (1982) considered the name Moringa oleifera Lam. to be illegitimate, and the correct name to be M. pterygosperma, but the reverse is true (see P.Verdcourt, Kew Bull. 40: 7-8 (1985). -
