Comment: Dockrill's selection of a neotype shown to be superfluous by Clements and Cribb, Kew Bull. 40 (1985) 655. It would also be superfluous under Art. 9 of the I.C.B.N. (1983) as Smith's illustration would serve as the holotype in the absence of a specimen.
