taxonomic synonym: Dysphania myriocephala Benth. legitimate
  • Comment: Mueller lists "Dysphania myriocephala = D. litoralis.". Dysphania myriocephala Benth. and Dysphania littoralis R.Br. (as litoralis) were both previously accepted by Mueller on page 29 of the Systematic Census (1882) but D. littoralis was the only one treated in Mueller's Second Systematic Census on p. 50 (1889). Therefore Dysphania littoralis is here treated as being the accepted name in this Supplement with Dysphania myriocephala in synonymy.
