  • APC Comment: Abildgaardia schoenoides is recognised as a distinct taxon in WA. A.D.Chapman, Austral. Pl. Name Index 890 (1991) stated that Poiret did not validly make the combination Cyperus schoenoides. However, under Article 33.1 of the 2006 (Vienna) edition of the ICBN, this name is considered to be validly published.
