  • Text: "APNI includes this name, but there is no indication in the text that the plant is Australian. The brief description says "...Pandanus Van Geertii, with glaucous green recurved leaves, red at the base, and finely brown-toothed;". Other plants exhibited by Mr Van Geert included an Australian Araucaria, but the group also included a species of Yucca, so the Pandan cannot be assumed to be Australian by default."
