Type citation: 'We raised this in 1827 from seeds received from New South Wales.' Type Specimens: Unknown. The description is insufficient to be diagnostic. The plate suggests either D. leptophylla or D. mimosoides, both of which can have linear phyllodes. However it is impossible to determine from the plate either the nature of the venation or the convexity of the phyllodes, both of which are needed to distinguish between these species.

APC Comment:
A name of uncertain application. Possibly referable to either Daviesia leptophylla or D. mimosoides (see M.D.Crisp, Austral. Syst. Bot. 8: 1207 (1995)).
