  • Text: "Belcher (1956) discusses this species under Senecio hispidulus × Senecio quadridentatus in his treatment of Australian disciform (erechtitoid) species. Although he did not see the type, specimens from Vienna determined as E. muelleri and said to have been raised from seed from Copenhagen were examined by him. From his description these specimens may be Senecio tenuiflorus, but there is some doubt about this."
