Comment:A.D.Chapman, Austral. Pl. Name Index 2511 (1991), gives the authorship of this name as "(Domin) C.White", and indicates that it is based on Rhodamnia trineura var. macrophylla Domin. However, since White clearly attributes the name to Domin and does not list a basionym in his work it is here treated as an orthographic variant of Domin's name.
