  • Text: "Although recorded as occurring in Vic. by A.J.Ewart (Vict. Naturalist 24: 191, 1908) and in Tas. by B.K.Simon (Techn. Bull Bot. Branch Dept. Prim. Industr. Queensland 3: 18, 1978) this species is not considered to be naturalised in Australia. The C.Walter specimen from Vic. collected in 1900 and held in MEL has limited provenance information and may well represent a cultivated plant. There do not appear to be any specimens from Tas., and this record may have been an error for the early Vic. collection."
