They do not explicitly cite the title of the publication in which the basionym was validly published but this is included in the references list on p. 828. Despite the use of a cross-reference to the bibliography this is here considered to constitute a full and direct reference as required under ICN Art. 41.5 (Shenzhen Code, 2018).
