Comment:Kavulak's use of the epithet tutelata may indicate an intention to publish a new combination based on Caladenia ×tutelata R.S.Rogers. However, there is no full and direct reference to a basionym as required by ICN Art. 41.5 (Shenzhen Code, 2018) and Kavulak does not provide the information necessary to publish the name of a new taxon.
