Etymology:
"The epithet, verrucata, is named from the Latin verrucatus (wart-like outgrowth), in reference to the unique, elliptical, discus-shaped seed, which bear distinctive, irregular, wart-like-outgrowths around the periphery of an otherwise +- smooth surfaced seed."
