• Comment: Mueller lists "Ammania crinipes = Koehnea crinipes, F. v. M. (inedit.) = Nesaea sect. Crinipedium, Koehne in Engler, bot. Jahrb. III, 337 (1882).". Some authors (e.g. S.A.Graham & K.Gandhi, Harvard Pap. Bot. 18(1): 74 (2013)) have treated Koehnea crinipes as being invalid, presumably surmising the name was not accepted by Mueller. However, since p. 142 is part of a section of "Additional Annotations" and Ammania crinipes is accepted on p. 49, Koehnea crinipes is here treated as a new combination.
