Fabaceae Lindl.
Entada parrana Spreng. , nom. illeg., nom. superfl., scientific
Sprengel, C.P.J. (1825), Systema Vegetabilium Edn. 17, 2: 325 BHL [nom. nov.]
replaced synonym: Mimosa scandens L. nom. illeg., nom. superfl.
  • Comment: nom. illeg., nom. superfl., as Mimosa scandens L. is itself a nomenclaturally superfluous replacement name for Lens phaseoloides L. The epithet phaseoloides was available in Entada in 1825 and thus ought to have been adopted by Sprengel (ICN Art. 52.1 (Shenzhen Code, 2018)).
