  • Lectotype: "I possess two leaves of a cultivated plant (Hort. Berol.) named A. shepherdi Kunze and probably originating from the original stock. They match perfectly a specimen from Bulga Creek, N.S.W., coll. W.W. Watts, 1915, and kindly sent to me by Miss Alma Melvaine."
