"While no mention of the location of the holotype is found in the protologue, the specimen in GH [GH00076875] bears the annotation “Type” in the same handwriting as “Tylophora colorata C.T. White” on the label. In contrast, the specimen in BRI [BRI- Q0333116] bears the word “Co-Type” in this handwriting, while the specimen in MEL [MEL113589] bears only a typed label. Therefore, [GH00076875] constitutes the holotype selected by ."
