Holotype ANIC ♂ (Larva in cocoon in wall of hooded parrot nest in Nasutitermes triodiae mound (in ANIC)), nr Katherine, Northern Territory [14°41′S 132°05′E].
Paratype(s) ANIC 9 ♂, 6 ♀ (in part) (genitalia slides ANIC 18586, 18590, 18592.), same as holotype; NTM 9 ♂, 6 ♀ (in part), same as holotype.
