Species Pseudobranchiomma cf. emersoni Jones, 1962

 

Introduction

Pseudobranchiomma emersoni Jones, 1962 is a species that was originally described from Jamaica.
A specimen (AM W.36365) from Heron Island, First Point, North Heron Reef, is tentatively assigned to this taxon pending further material becomes available.

Species Pseudobranchiomma cf. orientalis (McIntosh, 1885)

 

Generic Combinations

 

Introduction

Pseudobranchiomma orientalis is a species originally described from Hong Kong, that has been already reported in some ports in Northern Territory (Russell and Hewitt 2000).
The specimens so far examined are preliminarly assigned to P. cf. orientalis until further sampling and molecular data confirm the status of P. orientalis in Australia (Capa & Murray 2016).
