Species Euastacus clydensis Riek, 1969

 

Introduction

Far southern specimens of Eustacus spinifer (from Clyde River, Clyde Mountain, Conjola, Boyne Creek, and Brooman) included in the description of the species by Morgan (1997) are considered specimens of Euastacus clydensis; this follows phylogenetic analyses conducted by Van Der Wal et al. (2022).
