Off Raine Island (11º35´S) and Tully (18º03´S), QLD, off Tweed Heads, NSW (28º14´S), off Portland, VIC (141ºE), the Great Australian Bight off Ceduna, SA (133º12´E) and off Eucla (128º18´E) to off Broome (15º15´S), WA; tropical, temperate, Indo-west Pacific.
